Here one is just coming out of the water
Here they're sleeping on the shore at night time. Often there are up to 10+ turtles in all sizes sleeping on the beach.
Here's one when it's still in the water deciding whether or not to beach itself
Always keep your distance when approaching a turtle to insure their safety. NOAA wants us to keep a fair distance and not to feed them. Remember Honey Girl? Someone chose not to respect her and killed her. For more on Honey Girl see: http://honeygirlrewardfund.com/
